Go to http://campus.sccc.org.sg/meta. Under “Sign up for Metamorphosis 2007″ click on “Sign up as a CCC disciple”. Then fill up all the field. Under “My involvement with Campus Crusade”, select “Student Venture”.

Go to http://campus.sccc.org.sg/meta/form_sv. Simply read the introduction on the top of the page and fill up the form accordingly. After you’ve signed up, you will receive a notification email on payment details..
